Chairman, Sakthi Group of Industries
Our Chairman, KA. Anandh, started his career as a small time trader and went on to establish Sakthi Ferro Alloys in Chennai, India in 1984. Through his sheer grit and determination, the Sakthi Group has come a long way. It's been a most successful journey from scrap metal trading to develop more than half a million metric tonnes of ferrous scrap as well as casting and trading of steel billets and TMT bars. It is a rapidly expanding company to this day and acquired a significant stake in SFS Equipments Pvt. Ltd. in 2014
D.S Sekhar
Managing Director
Our Managing Director, Mr D.S Sekhar, started his career in Electric Forklifts in 1984 and went on to establish his own venture Sai Forklift Services in 1993. He is considered the pioneer of the Refurbished equipment business in the Indian market. He built the company from the ground up and today, SFS is India’s most trusted name when it comes to quality Rental Equipment in the MHE industry. He is also a pioneer in the industry for developing battery chargers with cutting edge technology specifically designed to withstand the tropical Indian climate and weather conditions.
Infrastructure
SFS Equipments Pvt. Ltd. has offices across South India, head-quartered in Chennai –India.
Our corporate office and a warehouse with a storage space of approximately 20,000 square feet acts as the base of some of our operations. We also have a secondary office and a warehouse with a space of approximately 20,000 square feet in Bangalore, India. Our field Engineers work remotely from other locations in South India, some of them often out of client sites.
