Sibyl is a Professional confectionery/patisserie display case to showcase and preserve, with top-notch design and technical features to bring out the flavour and aroma of products with elegance and functionality.
Refrigeration is equalized that the air flow does not affect the product. This system maintains an optimum humidity level which favours correct conservation of the displayed and stored products.
Design

Glass structure
- Single pane glass used in the top and front which gives clear visibility of the product.
- 12mm front, top and side toughened extra clear glasses.
- Ultra - clear back openable single pane glass doors.
- Openable sliding door at the display level.
Lighting
- Light is essential for a proper display of products: this is why Williams chose to install an innovative indirect lighting system with LEDs, perfectly integrated with the display.
- The LEDs are integrated with unique aluminum light fixture for both celling and fixed shelf with optional white/neutral white colors
- Electronic digital controller of Italian make is used for precise control and display of the temperature of the food items.
