Our Story

Athreya Global Solutions aims to improve the social and economic status of farmers through sustainable smart agriculture. Our company started exploring biotechnological ways to improve crop health and yield with minimal agrochemical inputs, while doing so, we developed eco-friendly bioactive formulations RuBisCO-ACT and Photon-MAX. These formulations improve the efficiency of photosynthetic enzymes (Dark and light reaction), improve the water and fertilizer use-efficiency, ,and thereby reduces water and fertilizer requirement.

Our Long-Term Goals

To create technology awareness through field exhibitions in association with Krishi Vignana Kendra’s and Scientists from Agricultural universities.
Technology implementation in farmer’s fields covering 10,000 acres of irrigated land in Karnataka state with special reference to Coconut, Arecanut, Pomegranate, Banana and Vegetable crops.
Define region/agro-climatic specific good agricultural practices including all the technologies that reduces the cost of cultivation, minimizes the water and fertilizer usage and maximizes the crop production
To increase the income from agricultural & horticultural crops substantially, i.e., a minimum of 65% more yield from the current fields and cultivation methods.

About Athreya Global

Athreya Global Solutions is a partnership firm established in the year 2020 with the main objective to provide research-based solutions to the problems faced by farmers growing agriculture, horticulture and forestry crops. The solutions include crop and soil specific nutritional based products (micronutrients and water-soluble macro-nutrients), enhancing the productivity of the crops through photosynthetic stimulators, manufacturing of organic manures with beneficial micro-organisms and marketing of agrochemicals (pesticides, bactericides and fungicides). Photosynthetic stimulator technology products are developed by one of the partners and all the products manufactured are sold under the brand “SURYASHAKTHI”. The finished products are useful in solving many problems related to crop growth and development, such as: lowers yields, water-use efficiency, fertilizer-use efficiency and solar radiation – use efficiency. Initially all these products are marketed in Karnataka and subsequently extended to other states of India.
